Estimates of market potential for these markets are:
- China — over $1.2B USD
- Germany — over $1B USD
- Italy — over $700M USD
- Spain — over $400M USD
Legend Power’s Electronic Harmonizer-AVR offers qualified distributors a product line that:
- Is protected by global patents in 9 regions.
- Provides strong hardware margin plus excellent installation revenue.
- Is often eligible for government energy conservation incentive funding.
- Can be offered as a revenue share program with no upfront cost to the client and a strong ongoing residual income to the distributor.
- Will not be commoditized, with the usual margin erosion, as it requires electrical integration skills.

Legend is seeking strong distributor partners in each of the regions above who:
- Have been in business at least five years.
- Can show a strong, stable P&L and balance sheet.
- Have an in-house electrical engineering department capable of:
- Performing facility audits
- Data calculations and proposal preparation
- Final product integration
- Installation or project management in conjunction with commercial electrical contractors
